Our Methodology

Our methodology is to provide the best solution based on each customer’s specific network requirements. This includes the recommendation of the vendor product best suited to the application. This approach enables our customers to benefit from the exposure to new products, services, and solutions designed to save costs, while providing a high-quality network infrastructure.

In the network cabling industry, ISO organizations EIA/TIA and IEEE have set the threshold levels that must be met by each manufacturer’s products, in order to meet performance category criteria (i.e. CAT5E or CAT6) as designated for a network system solution. BroadNetworx takes the approach that a manufacturer choice should be based on that vendor’s ability to best meet the needs of the customer’s network requirements, and not selected based on a “manufacturer-promoted” certification or warranty. Each vendor must meet the standards based on EIA/TIA and IEEE; therefore a level playing field is maintained, empowering the customer to make the final choice.

This approach allows us to strengthen our partnerships to fully understand the requirements, and to be able to offer a plan that meets those needs now, and allows for the future success of both our organizations.
